Regret invades my anxious heart
Sad evening here you come to mind
Once arm in arm down a quiet path
Where are they now
Those gentle arms
Im left here alone
Numb and cold
Yesterdays's love, was it real
Or just a game
A fleeting fall
Hearing against your loving words
Giving me false hope again
Why did you speak of love to me
Such that i can't let go
I should forget that love story
So my heart will ache no more
I choke in tears
Missing you so
And just like the mist
You faded away once more.
